Trees strategically positioned to the left and right will punish wayward shots by denying any realistic chance of a par. Second shots drifting right will be even more damaging with steep slopes carrying balls away to nestle uncomfortably under trees. Making the green is then half the battle. Excellent judgement of the green's idiosyncrasies will be required.
